I’m Hayley, the owner and stylist behind Decorative Details. I’m composed, creative and meticulous and I care deeply about the experience you have from the moment we first speak. Over the years I’ve helped hundreds of couples, families and organisations bring their vision to life, always with kindness, care and attention to detail.
I’ve spent more than ten years being trusted with people’s most important days. Weddings filled with love and happiness, corporate events tailored for seamless, professional impact and celebrations of life that call for a gentle, thoughtful touch. Every event is unique, but my commitment never changes: an unwavering dedication to making sure the moment you walk in, the space feels visually and emotionally yours.
Decorative Details grew from a simple belief that beautiful venue styling should feel personal, reflecting the people at the heart of the day. That’s what I love most about what I do. I translate your vision, theme and personal requirements into a seamlessly styled space, crafting an atmosphere that feels effortlessly welcoming and leaves a lasting impression from the very first glance.

I am deeply passionate about what I do and always go above and beyond to ensure your day is as visually stunning as you imagined. I listen to you, getting to know your ideas, your wishes and the feeling you want your day to have. We explore every detail making sure nothing is missed and I help shape your vision whilst keeping the process relaxed, enjoyable and stress-free.
From there I refine your designs, match colours, prepare a clear and detailed quote and take care of every detail. On the day itself, I’m there early, styling your venue with practiced precision and confidence and making sure every element is placed with care.
It’s a partnership from start to finish — thoughtful, organised and always personal.
